Tonight’s game is just business as usual for the Sixers. However tonight has a lot bigger meaning to the Sixers man in the middle Samuel Dalembert. Dalembert is a Haiti native and the only current Haiti native playing in the NBA. With the earthquake that struck on January 13 Slamming Sammy decided to help out his native land by donating 100,000 dollars to the UNICEF in support of Haitian Relief Efforts. All the proceeds from tonight’s game will also be donating to help. Dalembert will also match the donations made by the fans who attend tonight’s game.
