Early Saturday morning Wimlington Sports Media Relations class met at the Delaware Sports Museum and Hall of Fame. The class was able to catch up on the History of Sports in Delaware. The Museum consisted of players and coaches that are from Delaware or that have played for Delaware teams. Not only did these athletes play to recognize the state but also had some kind of success in what they did, whether it would be for being the first athlete, or setting records for Delaware. It was beneficial that the young students at Wilmington got a background of what sports use to be like and how they have evolved into todays highly well known entertainment.
